Invisible Patching!
I saw numerous drywall patches, acid stains, burns from welding and other damage happen to the Europlaster surface over a four month construction period.  No complete surfaces needed redoing and in every case patching was invisible. I like Europlaster because it gives a very custom old world look, not your typical ragged or sprayed finish so commonly seen.
